Police Department Says it had no warning about the curfew and plans to focus on education than citation. And will not use it as probable cause to detain people. They expect voluntary compliance. And will enforce the law. Their focus is on serious crimes. It is tough to digest for the Business Owners. We see all the restaurants in the areas spent thousands of dollars on prepping the outside. He didnt think a curfew is really going to do much. Whats really going to help flatten the curve is getting back to the basics. Do what we did at the beginning.
