That deal provides 400,000 to tenants who lost property and suffered emotional distress. The city previously settled with 32 of the 36 family members who died in the family and one person severely injured. A followup as a controversial black lives matter mural is no more. We are looking at our san jose forecast starting out at 47 degrees, so you do still definitely need a jacket. And even as we go into the rest of today. The sevenday forecast at the bottom of the screen as we take a look at what to expect throughout the day and just a few peeks of sun every now and then, by 3 00 temperatures reaching the maximum of about 60 to 61 degrees. Gilroy a high of 63 today and bear going to see mostly some upper 50s for much of the east bay with martinez reaching 58 degrees and 61 in oakland.
