Great mix of sun and clouds. A little cloudier in San Francisco right now, but look at the temperatures. Even a little chilly i might add in some areas including napa. 40 degrees and then 50s throughout. As far as your daytime highs for today, definitely going to be a lot more falllike around here. 72 degrees in san jose. 67 degrees in oakland, concord, 73. San francisco, 65. After todays calm weather, lets talk about the timing heading into tomorrow. Here it is. The red flag warning. There will be two overlapping red flag warnings. What do i mean by that . The first wind event will sort of start in the north bay air mountains so the winds will push down into the north bay initially. That goes into effect at 11 00 a. M. So especially for elevations above the 1,000 mark, to 2,000 feet. The winds will begin to pick up for the lower elevations including the coastline, the bay and the valleys, so a second red flag warning will go into effect for the coast, the bay and the valleys from 8 00 p. M. Sunday to 11 00 a. M. Monday. So that red flag warning is shorter based on the timing of the winds. The Santa Cruz Mountains will fall into place with the red flag warning starting at 8 00 p. M. On sunday. In addition to the red flag warning, keep in mind that the red flag warning typically means that the fire conditions the weather conditions in the area are either perfect for starting or spreading a fire rather quickly. A high wind watch will go into effect because it looks like the humidity is going to be at less than 30 and were talking about winds sustained winds of 40, 50 plus miles an hour. Around 11 00 a. M. When the initial red flag warning kicks in we see the fire danger increase. And by 5 00, winds start to gust upwards of 50 plus Miles Per Hour. Even down to the lower elevation areas when the red flag warning kicks in for the coast and the Santa Cruz Mountains at 8 00. The peak time is 9 00 p. M. And the winds can peak up to 70 plus miles an hour which is why the big concern comes in. So something to keep in mind as far as the temperatures go, High Pressure that returns on wednesday. Going to keep us dry, but it will warm us up a little bit. So again, that low humidity and those winds are going to be a big concern tomorrow but we have you covered here. Kira, back to you.
