If camps arent operating, what are the operators doing with all those deposits. The association responded to us but didnt address our question. This is just disgusting behavior. Reporter james is a longtime san jose lawyer. He says families might need to band together and sue to get their money back. I think this is very powerful situation here where these people paid all this money for something very important to them. Theyre not getting it and theyre not getting the money back. They lost a lot more than that. Reporter the operator filed for bankruptcy protection. If your kids camp is canceled, Kimberly Campbell at nerd wallet recommends you make contact fast.
