Reporter Santa Cruz County sheriff jim hart says the vast majority of people have complied, but he wants to send a message to the small percentage who refuses to follow the rules. I directed my personnel to take a real strong stance on that and to hold people accountable who werent honoring the order. And so they went out and issued a lot of citations. Quite a few were to local people, but quite a few were to people from out of the area.
