The video went viral and touched off a debate about safety in the area. Her attacker was arrested. This man says he doubts new concerns will last. He cleaned up the dog camp across the street. All the trash im cleaning is all food containers, crates that people are sleeping on. Reporter the mayor says the city is taking steps to address it but bold policy changes are needed in the state to address Mental Health and conservatorship.
