Theyve enlisted hover, a San Francisco startup planning to build hovercraft, which they say will get you to work more quickly with a less severe environmental impact. Our cruise speed is around 45 miles an hour, which means that we can get places faster than conventional boats can. And also much more efficiently, since were not pushing water out of the way, we burn less fuel.
