white house confirmed today judge kavanaugh and his family are getting death threats. he was at the white house preparing his own testimony. he vowsclear his name. ford says she will testify if they can agree on terms. that are fair and which ensure her safety. republicans are rejecting suggestions that she will testify or can't testify behind closed doors. >> you can't put the gee knee back in buttons. emotional. the me too movement and politics and law. and the new poll. >> the polls. we have the two polls. what we see is that the support is about where it's been. the opposition is growing. i don't think we should take it two seriously. two other polls show that things haven't changed much. between 25 and 30% of the people who are have been interviewed say i don't know. and that's why we have to let this thing play out. >> does matter if she testifies next week? the senators make the decision. >> it will matter. public opinion reigns supreme. a lot of the guys on all sides. democrats to the republicans states and republicans from nevada as example. are teetering. they will watch and see where public opinion lies. next week she has to watch what she says. as does judge kavanaugh. democrats have to be careful not to drill too far into the judge. who has been a judge for 12 years. you have to show respect. republicans have to be careful. not to drill too deeply developing story on the east coast. tragedy at a yarnd maryland warehouse after a woman opened fire on her coworkers. the shooter was a 26 year-old woman. a temporary employee at the warehouse. began. striking victims outside the business and inside. >> the sheriff department is yet to release a possible motive. the shooting comes one day after workplace shootings in wisconsin. and
