three former san jose police sergeants and former prosecutors interviewing women. >> not only does she not call the police but active acts on her bav to intimidate and frankly bully these victims not coming forward. >> reporter: how many teaches have you heard allegations about. >> i have had many cases i have never had a situation like this where it comes back for such a long period of time literally decades involving a multitude of teachers within the same administration. >> we first broke this story at last week's senior investigative reporter vicky nguyen joins us. >> reporter: they reported two inappropriate behaviors by two male teachers but don't think the school did enough. ellen graduated from presentation high in 2005. she says she could no longer remain silent. >> for two long it has been maybe that didn't happen. >> reporter: she still remembers the day she saw a student leaving the office of a male teacher. >> she was crying. and he told her he loved her and he touched her i believe it was her leg. i was disgusted this is somebody i trusted. we walked across campus to the principal's office and reported it. >> reporter: she says weeks later the teacher was back. you actually confronted him. >> i said i don't want you hear. >> reporter: that same year a newly graduate student sent an e-mail saying watch out with this teacher. after she reported the e-mail the teacher disappeared from campus. and that as in all instances, the administration followed the appropriate procedures required by the law. >> if we create a culture of silence, then we're never going to get better. >> reporter: maria graduated from presentation in 1988. her sister wrote a personal essay alleging span niche teacher sexually assaulted her and another student. hernandez died in 2015. >> wh what do you say to people who had a different situation. >> i believe my sister. i believe it happened and the impact of his actions have scarred women for decades. >> reporter: presentation said it reported one incident involving fernandez to child protective services but declined to say when. >> the school administration thinks they need to do some investigation before reporting it. >> reporter: bill grim is a senior attorney he says laws enacted in 1980 requires school staff to immediately call police or cps not to interview suspects themselves. >> that is not
