Kite festival returns to Grey County later this month

The skies near Dundalk will soon be filled with dragons and giant squid when Grey County's free kite festival returns on Aug. 26 and 27.

Dave Meslin is organizing the second Grey County kite festival planned this year for a Hopeville farm at the corner of Grey Road 9 and Southgate Sideroad 15.
