Laith William Travis Heller, 25, of Kirksville, was arrested on a felony abuse of child charge and 3rd degree felony domestic assault. Police were called to 2118 E. Normal Avenue at 6:25 p.m. on March 27, for a physical domestic disturbance report. A warrant was issued by Judge Kristie Jean Swaim on March 28 and Heller was arrested for felony abuse or neglect of a child under two sections of the law, and felony 3rd degree assault.
