I think its a positive sign. It shows that we have flattened the curve. It doesnt mean that businesses will just open up for curb side pickup and see the same revenue. Thats why ceo of Silicon ValleyCentral Chamber of commerce is happy the county is in phase 2. But also worried about the added burden on Small Businesses. Today the owner had two customers.
