As we head into a new week, three bay area counties are moving into phase two of reopening tomorrow, San Francisco, san mateo and marin counties will start the second phase. This is the early stage of phase two, that does not mean dinein restaurants, shopping malls or schools can reopen, but here is what will be allowed in the three counties starting tomorrow. Curbside retail pickup, manufacturing, childcare for those outside of the essential workforce, outdoor museums, car washes and some offices where telework isnt possible. Reporter the survey by the California HealthCare Foundation found more than a third of primary care doctors in this state are highly concerned about having to close their practice or clinic. Doctors that were practicing in the smallest practices, five physicians or less in the clinic, seem to be experiencing the most challenge, the largest challenges. Slightly less than 20 of ifses in practices of all sizes report workers and patients in their clinics are unable to get covid19 tests right now. Reporter dr.
