The outbreak will likely surpass 1700 deaths today. The current total is standing at 1,6270. The number of cases keeps on growing as well. It has infected more than 69,000 people worldwide. We know there are 15 confirmed cases in the united states. Two of them are in the bay area. Both in santa clara county. New details now in the Police Shooting at an east bay bart station yesterday, bart say the person who was shot is a 17yearold boy and is expected to survive. It happened yesterday at the el cerrito del norte station. They responded to a disturbance call when they saw a suspect witnesses say had a gun.
