If you want to carry bags with you, you bring it up to this plastic thing, just slide it down, and it sticks there. If its empty or full, it still holds it. Police say 23yearold michael d. Mosley surrendered from a vacant home in ashland city, tennessee, after it was surrounded by law enforcement. Mosley is accused of stabbing three men on saturday, two fatally, during a fight that broke out outside of a bar. We fully believe that he is the person who inflicted the stab wounds.
