They were caught about midnight at the u. S. mexico border. We had received information that they were in the area of tijuana. Once we received that information, we notified Customs Border and protection agency. They were able to locate them trying to walk back into the country. The inmates escaped sunday climbing out of this hole they cut in the ceiling of the facility. It was just 22 inches wide. Something out of a movie, right . They made it out of a crawl space into a hatch under construction where there was no razor wire. The escapees made it to mexico but were captured making it back into the united states.
