Orourke spent the day on skid row touring a womens shelter blasting a report released from the white house yesterday that blamed building codes of people sleeping on the street and street activities. Reporter well, kristen, the preliminary hearing today took all morning and some of the afternoon. The prosecution called only two witnesses. The front desk receptionist at the Apartment Building and its main witness. The prosecutor played the Security Camera video showing the woman at the front entrance of her Apartment Building august 11th as she tries toen, shes attacked allegedly by austin vincent. This mug shot of vincent was taken after he was arrested later that night. She was the first prosecution witness today. She testified that vincent was standing outside the entrance doors appearing upset and yelling at the front desk receptionist. She said she spoke with him for about six minutes trying to understand what he was saying. He says he told her not to enter. Everybody is a robot, she said, but not me. Ill save your life. I want to kill the lady inside because shes a robot. Kosarian testified when she tried to get inside the building he became aggressive and physical. A Family Member found 29yearold Patrick Oneill and his son liam inside a home on darek drive saturday. Efforts to revive the child failed. Oneill was found unconscious and taken to the hospital where he died last night. Investigators will conduct a toxicology test to determine the cause of death. Police say drugs were found next to oneill and the child. Authorities planned to arrest oneill on murder charges if he survived. Millbrae residents should be on the lookout for a Mountain Lion spotted last night. The cat was seen in the area of hacienda way around 8 00. Police say the lion ran into a wooded hillside after being spotted west of the intersection. No other sightings were reported. Officials say if you do come across a Mountain Lion, stay calm, hold your ground and back away slowly. A British Columbia woman is the latest person arrested in the College Admissions bribery scheme. Authorities say she paid 400,000 to get her son into ucla as a fake soccer recruit last year. The 48yearold was arrested in spain last night and will be charged with conspiracy and fraud.
