The management there has tried to deflect blame every other direction than their mismanagement of the racing surface and by making jerry a scrape goat. Reporter south San Francisco police did not want to go on camera to protect the investigation but confirmed they do have a name and number in connection to the lock box key used in another scam attempt. It was supposed to open last year. Fire station 16 sits in happy valley a section of Contra Costa County considered high risk for fire. Work began years ago to build the new station, the old one closed six years ago for structural issues and budget cuts. Most of the construction is finished but a dispute over the placement of a meter and other issues stopped the project in its tracks. The meter has been installed but the transformer needed to power it is absent.
