morning. southbound 680 at treat boulevard, a four-car crash has been cleared. that's off on the right shoulder. still have heavy traffic approaching that. we're back in the yellow southbound 680 highway 4 to walnut creek. we were in the red a moment ago. now 16 minutes. westbound 24 walnut creek to highway 13, nine minutes. one hour and two minutes on 580 tracy to dublin. an hours' long standoff in san jose has ended with five people dead. >> that includes the speck. it happened at a home on habbitts court and cramer circle. abc 7 news reporter jobina fortson has the latest. >> inside the house that police believe is the suspect. it appears at this point all of the people were shot. and if you look behind me here, you can see there's still heavy police presence on the scene. they've wrapped this area around habbitts court. we're not able to get a close look or see the home that was involved at all from this vantage point. police don't have a motive at this time. they are to be sure. on the peninsula, the man accused of stabbing and killing two people is due to make his first court appearance today. police arrested malik dosouqi on tuesday. both victims were found off skyline boulevard in san mateo county. slaters say he drove at deputies as they investigated the second stabbing. in a jailhouse interview he told abc 7 news he doesn't remember anything and wants to prove his innocence. now to the southern border and allegations of neglect and mistreatment at border facilities. migrant children in at least two facilities are facing conditions one doctor is describe z as comparable to torture. she examined infants and children at mccallan, texas. she said babies are drinking from unwashed bottles for days and fluorescent lights are being kept on at 24/7. >> they're at increased risk for infection, disease and death. >> nbc news learned president trump delayed immigration raids after house speaker nancy pelosi urged him not to go through with it. the raids target more than 2,000 people in family units who already received final orders to leave the country. california waiting for a big ruling from the u.s. supreme court this week. the court has to decide if a citizenship question can appear on the 2020 census. the trump administration claims it's needed to enforce voting rules. opponents claim hispanics and other immigrants will be afraid to take part of the census and then be undercounted. the census determines how house of representative seats are allocated and influences federal funding. this is the final week of the court's term. in the east bay the livermore city council will consider a ban on e-cigarettes today. a proposed ordinance would prohibit the sale of the devices and all flavored tobacco products. it also requires stores tellise license. san francisco supervisors are expecting final approve of their ban tomorrow. a late night fire prompts evacuations in the east bay. amy hollyfield has more on what went to starting to move better than they were. just as that is happening nks we eerg hearing we have the same thing going on westbound 84 on the dumbarton bridge, a stall blocking the right lane. looks like 84 is moving a little better, but just slightly. southbound 680 near north main street and walnut creek, recovering from an earlier sig alert. residual delays into the concord area. looks like some of period of time. abc 7 news reporter amy hollyfield is live at the scene. good morning. >> reporter: good morning, natasha. this is the base of the hill that was on fire. these are the homes that were threatened. they're watching this from blazedale way. i'll show you drone video we just shot. at the bottom of the screen you can see the homes and then the area that burned. this is two blocks from mission boulevard near nicholls after noof in fremont. police did evacuate some homes as it moved in their direction. others tell us they watched to see which direction it was headed. >> the fire was big up there. it didn't come down too awful far. there's a bunch of houses right up the hill here that it didn't get down to them. >> reporter: he took these pictures of the fire so you can see how much it lit up the night. this started at 10:00 last night. it burned until about 1:00 a.m. no one was hurt. no buildings were damaged, but a very scary experience. residents say they have always worried about this hill and how dry it is. now they're concerned fireworks are going to be happening next week with the fourth of july. also worried about how many more weeks we have left of hot, dry weather. live in fremont, amy hollyfield, abc 7 news. firefighters rushed to save boats, meanwhile, from this fast-moving brush fire on bethel island in the delta. fire burned heavy sunset near the marinas. east contra costa county fiefrts had trouble getting to the fires because of the marshland. none of the boats were damaged by the fire. only on abc 7 news, los gatos homeowner got remarkable video of a standoff between a mountain lion and two kay oat tease. she heard strange sounds coming from her back yard and this is what she saw. can you imagine? two coyotes seemed to be working together to corral the mountain lion. >> i was pretty calm but i was intrigued what was happening. it was obvious the coyotes were trying to protect something. the mountain lion, as soon as it started to pounce, i shut the door. >> mountain lions are rare, but not totally unusual. we are hearing a young woman hit by a foul ball during a rockies/dodgers game in los angeles is expected to be okay. you can see the reactor. l.a. outfielder cody bellinger fouled the ball into the stands yesterday. it went into where the protective netting ends. the ball hit the woman in the crowd. bellinger did check up on her. she gave him the thumbs up. the first aid worker who treated her said she was alert and answering questions, but she was take even to the hospital as a precaution. happening today, warriors general manager bob myers will introduce the team's three draft picks. the new warriors include jordan poole, alan smailagic and eric paschall. this was golden state's most selection since
