San jose police say when officers got to the scene, two adults exited the house, each suffering from gunshot wounds. They were both rushed to a nearby hospital. Altogether two people died at nearby hospitals, two people were found inside the home along with the suspects body. There were multiple flash bangs before the standoff ended earlier this morning.
