Snyder had to be carried a mile and a half to safety by his friends and a few strangers because there were no Services Available at the park due to the shutdown. I was actually looking forward to the park being pretty empty, because that means that not as many people would go because it was shut down. So, i didnt expect to need any of the services that i was going to require. But snyder said he knew what to expect in terms of the park and other services because he spent a day at a different National Park during a Government Shutdown earlier this year. The shutdown is also forcing some drastic action by the mayor of washington, d. C. Because of its special status, the district is subject to federal laws. That means courthouses are closed, so no marriage licenses are being issued. D. C. Mayor Muriel Bowser plans to introduce emergency legislation that would allow the district to continue issuing marriage licenses, and she hopes it will be passed quickly enough to allow people to tie the knot. Give me that trophy dont touch it all right, the new year kicked in some important changes that will affect what some drivers will pay for vehicle insurance. 7 on your sides Michael Finney is here with all the details. Ive been talking to lawmakers about this over and over again for years. Amazing. Its about time. Gender equality is coming to car insurance.
