This is from 2 00 this morning. This is actually the Livermore Valley on mines road around 2 00. This is below 1,500 feet. The snow is sticking to the ground, sticking to the trees, and sticking to cars. The photographer who shot the video says there were very icy conditions at the time making it dangerous to drive. Of course if youre in the upper elevations you may not s snow but you will see cold temperatures and possible freezing conditions. Of course, be extra careful when youre driving out there. Abc 7 news was in san jose where officials announced a new program with the goal of placing more children with relatives instead of strangers. Its based after a program in los angeles where 84 of children are placed with relatives and they have better outcomes. A woman who was previously placed with her grandparents applauds the effort.
