Meanwhile, police on the campus of San FranciscoState University are investigating a death at a dormitory. They were called tuesday evening after someone reported unresponsive person. Campus Police Believe the individual had been dead for some time. The identity of that victim has not been released. He says his daughter was attending nursing classes at night while working a day job at the irs. She was on her way to work when the crash happened. It could cost tens of millions of dollars for the Oakland Unified School district to fix lead contamination in water taps. The district is looking to replace water lines as well as faucets. The estimated cost is 38 million. The districts plan would be to spread it out over five years. A majority of the funding would come through local construction bonds and state grants. This morning, state Matthew Catholic school plans to reopen after being flooded by an open water main. It flooded in El Camino Real and notre dame avenue.
