The rain is falling overnight from practically one end of the state to another. There are flash flood watches and warning overnight. Some people are spending the night in hotels, taking no chance. Several residents have been ordered to evacuate. With officials going door to door to notify them. Its not just the fear of a torrent of water washing down on homes but what that water might bring with it.
