The officer who shot him was just days out of the police academy. Police say the officer turned his camera on after the shooting. Police in oakland are on the lookout for a driver who hit a woman in her 60s and then took off. It happened yesterday near 14th and broadway. Police say the woman was crossing the street at the time.
