Latest report has the nuns fire at 95 contained. Atlas fire 98 . Tubbs fire which burned between calistoga and santa rosa at 95 containment. The santa cruz sheriffs departmet is going to be releasing information today about a possible arrest in this fire, the bear fire. Abc 7 news has confirmed the Sheriffs Office is preparing to arrest the person believed to have started that far. Cal fire says First Responders immediately knew this fire was suspicious. The bear fire is now fully contained. It burned just under 400 acres near the town of boulder creek. And new this morning, Concord Police looking for the car that hit and hurt a pedestrian. That collision happened just after 8 00 this morning on clayton road and ashbury drive. The pedestrian was taken to the hospital. Police are asking people who may have witnessed the collision to give them a call. Developing news in the south bay, look at this restaurant in san jose on fire early this morning. This is at the kfc on cropley avenue near north capital around 4 30 a. M. No one was hurt. That restaurant was closed at the time this. Is obviously going to have a big impact on the people who work there. Our media partner the mercury news reports the same kfc burned in 2009. In todays fire, the merc said one person saw someone possibly wiroom snghi window prior to 91 the concerns we have, the fire started in the dining area, somewhat unusual. T. s board of directors adopted two ordinances last night requiring riders to have proof of payment when theyre past the gates on platforms or trains.
