don't feel president trump's tax plan will help them. the poll found only 43% of those who heard about it think it would help the middle class. there is a large partisan divide with 79% of republicans what triggered the shooting rampage that killed 58 people at a country music festival on october 1st. >> as for steven paddock's brother, he was arrested as part of a child pornography investigation. bruce paddock is facing charges of sexual exploitation of a child and possessing more than 600 images of child pornography. the incident appears to be unrelated. >> new insight into the gunman behind the sandy hook massacre. documents show adam lanza had an interest in children that could be cat gore icesed as pedophilia but there was no proof that he ever acted on it. the heavily redacted document shows he was obsessed with mass murders and spree killings according the an unnamed female friend. in all, more than 1,500 pages of documents were released in the massacre that killed 20 first graders and six adults. a sentencing hearing continued for bo bergdahl. he was accused of endangering his comrades in afghanistan. >> he spent five years in taliban activity before being released in a prisoner exchange. >> the court martial is now in the sentencing phase. the sentencing was postponed on monday after the lawyers argued, president trump's pretdm commd e >> the white house says it is important to keep the military justice system independent. today witnesses described to the judge, the military's all out effort to rescue bergdahl after he disappeared from his base in afghanistan in 2009. he was caught by the taliban and held prisoner for five years. prosecutors argued that his desertion put he soldiers at risk and many were injured in the search to find him. at least one suffering from serious brain trauma. james hatch said he knew americans would be hurt or killed trying to find bergdahl. on the assistant he tears up, talking about getting shot in the leg and his service dog who was shot and killed in the mission. he was charged for desertion. he was a traitor and according to army officials, he tried on escape from his captors twice. as he awaits the
