Thiruvananthapuram, April 30: The Kerala forest department has received the first signal from the radio collar installed on the wild tusker code named 'Arikkomban' which has been relocated from Chinnakanal in Idukki district to Periyar Tiger Reserve (PTR) in Kumily.
