Justice RD Dhanuka to take oath as Chief Justice of Bombay H

Justice Dhanuka has been serving as a judge of the Bombay HC for over 11 years and is currently the second senior-most judge of the Bombay High Court after Justice S V Gangapurwala, who is set to take an oath as Chief Justice of Madras High Court Sunday.
