Juan Fernandez-Barquin, Esq., the Clerk of the Court and Comptroller for Miami-Dade, wishes to notify Miami-Dade County residents about a recent surge in fraudulent calls pertaining to Jury Duty. The Miami-Dade County Clerk of the Court will never intimidate or threaten individuals through any means of communication about Jury Duty, including threats of monetary penalties.
