A judge has ruled that a homeless man found collapsed at a bus shelter and suffering from frostbite in both feet should undergo a double amputation.
Doctors told Mr Justice Hayden that the man, thought to be an illegal immigrant in his 40s from Zimbabwe, had necrosis in his legs and could die unless his feet were amputated.
