Judge rules that attorneys are authorized to carry handguns

A Pulaski County Circuit Court Judge has ruled that attorneys are "officers of the court" and are entitled to possess handguns in courthouses, a judgment in line with an Arkansas Supreme Court ruling earlier last month.
