A JUDGE blasted the police for failing to pick up a Boots ram raider, as she failed to turn up for her sentencing hearing – again.
Christina Colton was due before Swindon Crown Court last month to be sentenced for stealing £15,200-worth of goods from the Trowbridge Boots after ramming a car through the glass doors in the early hours of June 23, 2019.
When she failed to turn up on March 29, Judge Jason Taylor QC issued a warrant for the 44-year-old’s arrest.
On Tuesday afternoon, her barrister, Peter Binder, was forced to explain his client’s continued absence.
