Jess is the granddaughter of businessman Jack Ingham, the co-founder of the Ingham's Chicken empire which sold for about $1billion in 2013.
Jack and his brother Bob Ingham established their poultry-breeding business in 1953, and by the 1970s had built Ingham's into the biggest chicken and turkey operation in Australia.
