Construction on a state-of-the-art facility that includes the world's first museum dedicated to video game art has officially begun in Japan’s Yokohama city. Breaking ground: Developer Daiwa House Industry started construction of the multi-purpose development project in the 52nd block of Minato Mirai 21 Central District, the largest district in the area, local media reports.
