A bulletin board in a Vermont State Park has become the surprise location for a social experiment turned charitable act. Residents of the town of Jamaica recently spotlighted in a social media post the efforts of one community member to provoke honesty in his fellow townsfolk. Going back a few years, a local town resident thumb tacked a dollar bill on the board at the Jamaica State Park. Overtime, the simple act has become an annual tradition among locals, with more people coming by the board to add their own dollars. "This is the 4th year that a local man has worked on this social experiment in honesty," the Facebook post stated.
