India sought a review of the US court ruling that dropped criminal charges against Seattle police officer Kevin Dave whose speeding car killed 23-year-old Indian student Jaahnavi Kandula. Prosecutors could not pursue the case against police officer Dave due to “lack of sufficient evidence”.
