J&K Civilian Killings To Be Probed By National Investigation

The National Investigation Agency - India's counter-terrorism force - will probe the targeted killing of four civilians in Jammu and Kashmir this month, including Srinagar chemist ML Bindroo and two school teachers,sources said Tuesday morning
