It’s the core of his newest flick,
The 1938 Unrest, which had its digital debut yesterday on
Loop Lifestyle!
A monument seen downtown Kingston, which was dedicated to ‘the great Jamaicans of 1938’ left him perturbed and intrigued, but stumped by the wonder of said ‘great Jamaicans’.
Then, further trips to the local library and consistent research unearthed for Williams, numerous historical facts and ideologies that influenced ‘1938’.
