The Board of Ionic Rare Earths Limited (ASX:IXR) (OTCMKTS:IXRRF) announces it has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with UK based metals and alloy manufacturer Less Common Metals Limited ('LCM') to work collaboratively on building a Western supply chain for rare earth permanent magnet (REPM) production.
