Investec downgrades Hipgnosis Songs to 'Hold' after catalogue sale to Blackstone-backed fund

Investec has downgraded Hipgnosis Songs from ‘Buy’ to ‘Hold’ after the trust announced it would be selling a fifth of its music catalogues for $465m.
