The Inns of Aurora recently launched what itâs calling the âpantry collectionâ â featuring locally curated jams, baking mixes, wines and teas, Marketing Director Alex Schloop⌠âAt the beginning of the pandemic we were closed and couldnât host guests while we reimagined how we could safely do that again. And rather than kind of licking our wounds, staying home and just closing down. We thought this was an opportunity to use the kitchen space we have, the amazing team we have and put a line together that guests could enjoy at home since they couldnât visit at person,â said Alex Schloop, Inns of Aurora.
