Incoming Philadelphia mayor taps the city's chief of school

Philadelphia Mayor-elect Cherelle Parker has selected longtime police official Kevin J. Bethel to become the next police commissioner of the nation’s sixth most populous city. Parker announced the decision Wednesday.
