Fourth Quarter Financial Summary: Total revenues of $10.9 million, compared to $11.5 million in the fourth quarter of 2019. Royalty and license revenues were $10.9 million, compared to $11.4 million in the fourth quarter of 2019. GAAP operating expenses of $5.7 million declined 48% from $11.0 million in the fourth quarter of 2019. Non-GAAP operating expenses of $3.5 million declined 58% from non-GAAP operating expenses of $8.3 million in the fourth quarter of 2019.
