ILLUMA-T launches to the International Space Station

MIT Lincoln Laboratory's ILLUMA-T, a laser communications terminal in low Earth orbit, seeks to demonstrate high data rates from the ISS to NASA’s Laser Communications Relay Demonstration satellite in geosynchronous orbit and ultimately to Earth, and from the ground back up to the ISS.
