Idaho lawmaker, 38, pleads the Fifth over allegations he raped 19-year-old legislative intern in his apartment
Lewiston Republican Rep Aaron von Ehlinger, 38, pleaded the Fifth Amendment on Wednesday and was told not to answer questions about rape claims 
He is facing rape allegations from a 19-year-old legislative intern who claimed he forced her to have oral sex at his apartment after they had dinner at a restaurant 
On Wednesday, when he was asked about what happened at his apartment during an ethics committee hearing, his attorney told him not to answer
'I am instructing him not to answer these questions based on his Fifth Amendment rights,' his attorney Edward Dindinger said
