Last week, NCPA submitted joint comments with NACDS to CMS’ guidance on the Medicare Prescription Payment Plan (formerly “copay smoothing”) of the Inflation Reduction Act. NCPA and NACDS advocated that CMS should adequately and appropriately reimburse pharmacies for the coordination of patient benefits under the Inflation Reduction Act.
