Human remains found near Kelly Drive in Fairmount Park : com

Human remains were found around noon Sunday near Kelly and Brewery Hill drives in Fairmount Park. Philadelphia police said the remains were discovered behind a tree and appeared to have been burned. An investigation is ongoing.
