People in our area want to know what they can do to help friends, family, and people struggling with the crippling cold and lack of resources in Texas in what's become a major humanitarian crisis. 
One Seattle woman told KOMO News she feels helpless. Her father is in Texas and she said she can't use any delivery service  like Amazon or Instacart to ship her father things he might need like food, clothes, or supplies.
Mandi Kime has been in checking daily on her dad who lives outside of Austin. He has been snowed in for days. And she’s worried about what she can do to help.
