And depending where you are in the state, being outside can come with the risk of tick bites and Lyme disease – a bacterial infection that’s spread by deer ticks. Associate professor of health science at UW-Milwaukee Dean Nardelli shares some tips on how to prevent tick bites and the signs of Lyme disease to be aware of.
