House to realign OVP, DepEd confidential funds to intel, sec

THE House of Representatives would realign the confidential and intelligence funds (CIF) of some civilian agencies, including the Office of the Vice President (OVP) and Department of Education (DepEd), to augment the budgets of intelligence and security forces tasked to address escalating threats in the West Philippine Sea, Ako Bicol Rep. Elizaldy Co said on Wednesday.
